“Hey Ottis,
create a To-Do, add an Issue, set a Rock, share a Headline, update the Scorecard
in Ninety.”
HeyOttis sits in on the meeting and waits for its name. Say “Hey Ottis, give Ryan a to-do…” and it’s created directly in Ninety with the owner and due date, before you reach the next agenda item. Nobody has to take notes.
Connects to Ninety in minutes. Not on Ninety yet? Start in the built-in workspace.
Creates To-Dos, Issues, Rocks, Headlines and Scorecard numbers directly in Ninety.
The problem
The meeting ends. Then the typing starts.
Great weekly meetings produce a lot: commitments, issues, numbers, news. Then someone has to type it all into Ninety, often from memory after the meeting, and some of it never makes it in.
Nobody plays scribe
The person best placed to solve an issue shouldn’t be the one typing it up. Everyone stays in the conversation.
Nothing waits for “after”
Records exist the moment they’re spoken, so the meeting ends with the list already done, not a cleanup job.
Context comes along
Ottis hears the discussion, so “get that pump serviced” becomes a clear to-do with the right owner and date.
How it works
Run the meeting like you always do.
No new ritual to learn. Talk normally, and when something needs to be written down, say so out loud.
Start the meeting
Open HeyOttis on the conference-room laptop and pick the room mic. It transcribes live and labels who’s speaking.
Say its name
“Hey Ottis, …” is the only thing that makes it act. Everything else is just context it uses to fill in the details.
Hey Ottis, make that an issue for the leadership team.
It’s done, with Undo
The record is created in Ninety and shows up in the room at the same moment. Anything it isn’t sure about is held for a one-click fix.
What it captures
Five things your weekly meeting makes. All of them, by voice.
Ottis knows what a weekly leadership meeting produces and where each item belongs in Ninety. It works from your Ninety teams, people and open items, so every owner and team is one you already have.
To-Dos
“Hey Ottis, Ryan will send the revised bid to Acme by Thursday.”
Owner, title and due date, worked out from the conversation.
Issues
“Hey Ottis, add slow quote turnaround to our issues list.”
Filed to the right team, with the discussion that led to it.
Rocks
“Hey Ottis, Maria’s rock is to hire two estimators this quarter.”
A quarterly priority with an owner, checked against what’s already open.
Headlines
“Hey Ottis, headline: we won the Riverside contract.”
Good news and FYIs, shared without anyone stopping to type.
Scorecard numbers
“Hey Ottis, close rate was thirty-one percent this week.”
The number lands on the right measurable in your Ninety scorecard, for the right week.
Trust
It listens to everything. It acts on nothing until you ask.
An assistant in the room only works if the room trusts it. These rules are built into the product, not left to settings.
Acts only when addressed
Ambient conversation never becomes a record. Nothing is created unless someone says Ottis’s name and asks.
Holds instead of guessing
Unknown person? No team? The item waits in the feed for a one-click fix rather than landing in the wrong place.
Undo on everything
Every item is created immediately and can be undone just as fast, right from the meeting screen.
Always tells you it heard
A banner shows Listening the moment its name is spoken, then Creating, then the result, or Missed if nothing followed.
Speaker recognition
It knows who said it.
Each person can enroll their voice in about forty seconds. From then on, Ottis names speakers automatically, so “I’ll take that” becomes a to-do for the right person.
Opt-in, person by person
Everyone signs the voiceprint consent themselves. Enrollment is optional, and the meeting works without it.
No recordings kept
Only a mathematical voiceprint is stored, never the recording, and it’s never sent back out of the system.
People stay in charge
A name picked by hand always wins over the automatic match.
Built for how you already meet
Value in the first meeting. Setup when you want it.
If your company runs on EOS®, your weekly meeting already has a rhythm and a set of outputs. HeyOttis supports that meeting by capturing what it produces and putting it where your team already keeps it. It doesn’t change how you meet, and it isn’t a replacement for your platform or your implementer.
New companies start in the built-in workspace, so there’s nothing to connect before your first meeting. When you’re ready, connect Ninety: paste a token, confirm how your people match up, and everything captured so far goes across.
HeyOttis is independent software. It is not made, endorsed, certified or sponsored by EOS Worldwide or by Ninety.
Security & privacy
Your leadership meeting is private. We keep it that way.
Every company walled off
Each request is checked against your sign-in and company membership. One company’s data is never reachable from another’s.
No meeting audio stored
Audio is transcribed as it streams and never saved. What’s kept is the transcript and the records you created.
Platform tokens stay server-side
Your Ninety token is stored on our servers for your company only and is never sent back to a browser.
Built for real conference rooms
If the connection drops, it reconnects on its own and holds up to 30 seconds of audio so nothing said is lost.
Pricing
One price per team. Everything included.
Each team you run in Ninety, like your leadership team or a department, is one subscription. No tiers to compare and no features held back. Start with a free pilot and decide after you’ve run real meetings with it.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does HeyOttis record our meetings?+
No. Audio is transcribed live and discarded. The transcript and the items you created are kept so you can review the meeting.
What if it mishears or gets something wrong?+
Every item has Undo. If Ottis can’t fill something in with confidence, like an unknown name or a missing team, it holds the item for a one-click fix instead of guessing.
Do we need Ninety to start?+
No. Every new company starts in the built-in workspace. Connect Ninety later and everything captured so far is sent across.
Which platforms do you support?+
Ninety today, with Strety next. The weekly leadership meeting is supported now; quarterly and annual planning sessions are on the way.
Does everyone have to enroll their voice?+
No. Voice enrollment is optional and per person. Without it, you can name speakers by hand in the meeting.
Is HeyOttis affiliated with EOS Worldwide?+
No. HeyOttis is an independent product built to support teams that use EOS. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by EOS Worldwide, LLC.
Your next meeting can end with the list already done.
Set it up in minutes. Run it next week. Keep going if your team loves it.
